MK Property started on the tools — fixing, renovating and improving homes across the Kapiti Coast, from Paekākāriki up to Ōtaki. Today we run two complementary sides of the same business.

Our maintenance and building team serves homeowners and landlords with everything from quick repairs to full house/property renovations. Our investment arm sources, renovates and resells residential property — funded in partnership with private investors who want exposure to NZ property without the operational headache.

The two sides feed each other: live trade pricing keeps our renovation costs honest, and a steady pipeline of investor projects keeps our team sharp and busy.
